Request a quieter area in the restaurant for a more enjoyable dining experience away from the crowds.

Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Nice pool. We had a room with a view of the sea, the second line has a great view from the balcony. The beach is literally two steps away. Lots of shops, restaurants. It's a good rest.

The beds aren't very comfortable.

Close to the sea new inside the hotel is comfortable bed, great staff, only breakfast has become worse.

Shout out to Sandra from the bar, she was so friendly. The brekkie had loads of options, perfect for everyone. Plus, it's just a lekker walk to the beach and shops, so all good there.

The check-in could take a bit of time, just be ready for that!

Bed linen could be changed more often (all2-3 days).

Nice and absolutely brilliant place, I truly enjoyed approachable personnel.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the centre of all amenities. I tried some drinks at bar Clems Windsor Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need. The pools are well-maintained and the animated activities were really enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and always accommodating.

The older gentleman at reception was intolerable and unhelpful, clearly too busy to assist. I thought I might at least get a complimentary upgrade due to my troubles, but apparently my expectations were lavish. The pool was satisfactory, but honestly, I expected better service. I just couldn't give a good review after this experience.

In my opinion, at least 3 + up 4 stars. Friendly staff, great food, many variants, especially for dinner. Rooms were clean, clime advantage, TV for bad weather :) (wasn't necessary), nice and clean pool. I'm wondering I haven't seen bigger pool in Magalluf... Cleaning service every day, according to your wishes. No more negatives. My advice, great for young people because of Magalluf - too many celebrating British guys :) On my side, no problem. 24/7 reception support. Resolution, 90% hotel ! Cheers

Spacious rooms, nice breakfast, large swimming pool, private parking

The quality of the cleaning was only slightly better when I caught the cleaning lady myself and showed her what to do and what to throw away the garbage, but she did not sweep it up normally. The smell from the sewer after a long stand.

Had an awesome time with the fantastic breakfast that had so many choices. The management really stepped up during a storm to help us catch our cab to the airport. Enjoyed lazing by the sun terrace and checking out the evening shows that were super fun for the family. Only downside was the occasional noise from neighboring guests, but it didn't ruin the vibe at all! 🌞

When we arrived hotel staff very friendly and there were no problems. We booked a double room but was upgraded to a bigger room with a sea and pool view :) The food was very good, and always very fresh breakfast and dinner. The pool was very clean and a good amount of sun beds. Just a short walk to the beach where it had again lots of sunbeds (but you had to pay) The hotel was mainly older couples, families and a few young groups.

The reasons I'm conflicted

The hotel is well-located near restaurants, and the pool area never felt overcrowded. We always found sun loungers available! Such a relief during the peak season!

The check-in process was painfully slow, leading to frustration before we even got to our room. The lack of noise insulation in the rooms also hindered a good night's sleep.

Very good as 3 stars hotel. Great choice for the international breakfast. 300 m far from beautiful sea. Good connections with Palma (15 km). In the evening a number of pub disco bar restaurant very close to the hotel. Huge swimming pool. Very suggested.

Only one: The wall between the rooms is thin. In case your neighbourgs are not so quite, this should be a problem.
